Several local Salem-area teams took part in Track and Field meets this past weekend. Here’s a Round-Up:
Wilsonville Invitational
Cascade
WILSONVILLE, Ore.–Cascade’s Josiah Hawkins finished fourth in the Long Jump and fifth in the 100-meter dash. Jameson Acker finished fourth in the Discus with a PR throw of 131-feet-0.75-inches
McKenna Burns finished seventh in the 100-meter hurdles and sixth in the 300-meter hurdles. Brayley Ford finished third in the Discus, fifth in the Shot Put and seventh in the Javelin.

TUALATIN, Ore.–
Central
Ty Cirino finished fifth in the 3,000-meters with Aidan Wendring finishing seventh in the race. Jordan Dillard finished third in the 110-meter hurdles.
Anna Cole and Brynn Taufa’asau finished fourth and fifth respectively in the Shot Put
North Salem
Braxton Singleton finished sixth in the 300-meter hurdles with a PR time of 41.15.
West Salem
Jerrett Peil finished seventh in the 300-meter hurdles. Mia Rasca finished eighth in the 1500-meter race. Avery Meier and Madelyn Olson finished second and eighth respectively in the 3,000-meter race. Madelyn Miller finished third in the Shot Put. Lily Griffin finished fourth inning the High Jump.

Blanchet
Angel Vargas Guerrero finished third in the 100-meter dash. Ethan Lutz finished third in the 3,000 meter rsce.race. Deontae Washinton won the 110-meter and 300-meter hurdles. The Blanchet Catholic Boys 4×100 meter relay team won their event. James Barnett won the Discus and finished second in the Shot Put. Adam Barnett finished second in the High Jump and Long Jump while winning the Triple Jump event. Joe Barra won the Pole Vault event with a PR Jump of 12-feet-6-inches.
Bella Vargas won the Long Jump event, finished second in the Triple Jump and finished third in the 100-meter dash. Gabby VaVerka finished third in the 3,000 meters. Mia Stofli finished third in the 100-meter hurdles. Renatta Diaz-Hermosa won the Shot Put, finished second in the Discus and finished seventh in the Javelin.

Greta Fillible won the Pole Vault event.

MCMINNVILLE, Ore.–

Mason Bowlby finished third in the 100-meter dash. Yosaf Picazo won the 800-meterand 1,500-meter race. Jaxsen Herring won the 3,000-meter race. Derek Olvio finished second in the Discus and won the Javelin. Gary Olivo finished second in the Javelin.
Iyana Contreras finished fourth in the 100-meter dash. Kailyn Bollman-Lechner finished second in the 1,500-meter race. Jocelyn Schurbusch finished third in the 3,000 meter racd

Carter Lovell won the 300-meter hurdles. Emmett Hunsaker finished second in the Shot Put and fourth in the Discus. Beck Olsen finished third in the Triple Jump.
Carly Skogstad finished second in the 200-meter dash and third in the Long Jump. Jovi Johnson won the 400-meter race and finished third in the 800-meter race. Tatum Jones won the 1,500-meter race.
Silverton. Addison Hannat finished third in the 300-meter hurdles. Azure Johnson finished fourth in the Discus.

Caden Druller won the High Jump event and finished second in the Long Jump. Sutton Kuenzi finished third in the 200-meter dash. Logan Pawlak finished third in the 300-meter hurdles.
Megan Wavra finished fourth in the 200-meter dash. Lexi Enzenberger finished fourth in the 400-meter race. Aspen Etzel finished fourth in the 100-meter hurdles. Chloe Brooks finished fourth in the 300-meter hurdles.
The Silverton 4×100 meter relay team won their event. Madelyn Ehrens won the Shot Put. Braelyn Walter and Chloe Twede went three, four in the Javelin. Scout Haugen and Faith Berekoff went one-two in the High Jump with PR Jumps. Danika Lashley finished third in the Pole Vault

Trenton Ruston finished third in the 100-meter dash. Jaxson Howard won the Hammer Throw. Adaclara Fiefield finished fourth in the Hammer.
Jackson Elvin finished seventh in the Shot Put with a PR throw of 41-feet-2-inches.
